The Fjord horse is one of the oldest known breeds to humankind. It is considered the ancient horse of Vikings, and we know this equine breed has existed since the Ice Age. The small but muscular horses have a very distinctive look and are pure-bred with an origin in the mountains of Western Norway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
