:: 2008 ApCHA World Show Classes:  Entry Forms
The ApCHA will sponsor seven classes at the World Show in Ft. Worth Texas in November 2008 ...  along with some great prizes:

   Futurity: Payouts, Saddle, Reserve Buckle.
Derby: Payouts, Trophy, Reserve Buckle.
Bonanza: Payouts, Champion Buckle, Reserve Buckle.
Sweepstakes: Payouts, Champion Buckle, Reserve. Buckle.
50 and Over: Trophy, Reserve Buckle. No Qualifying; Just enter!!!
Limited Rider: Champion Buckle, Reserve Buckle. (Not required to own mount)
Youth: Saddle, Reserve Buckle.  (Not required to own mount)

The ApCHA is proud to announce the return to us of our 50 and Over class! No longer does anyone have to qualify for this class. Just enter!!!

Any class (other than Futurity & Derby) with less than 3 entries will be scratched and money refunded.

Futurity Cutting (3-Y-O)
Derby Cutting (4-Y-O)
Sweepstakes Cutting (5-Y-O and older)
Non-Pro Bonanza Cutting
Limited Rider (doesn't have to own mount.)
Youth Cutting (18 & under) (doesn't have to own mount.)
50 and Over (aka "Masters Cutting")

   A mechanical cow will be available on the grounds for practice on Thursday afternoon/evening and also on Friday.

The APPALOOSA HORSE CLUB  has added $5000. to the ApHC Senior,
 Junior and Non-Pro cutting classes!!
 Sr Cutting: $1500.  ~  Jr Cutting: $1500.  ~  Nom-Pro Cutting: $2000.

ApHC Payouts at the World Show: !
    Junior and Senior Cutting will each have $1500 added money
    that will be paid out as follows:
    1st - $500
    2nd - $400
    3rd - $250
    4th - $150
    5th - $100
    6th - $100

    Non-Pro Cutting will have $2000 added money paid as follows:
    1st - $750
    2nd - $500
    3rd - $300
    4th - $200
    5th - $150
    6th - $100

:: NOTICE TO ALL:
Unfortunately, the Appaloosa Horse Club have raised their fees at the ’08 World Show.  therefore, class prices had to go up. Our cutting classes are still, however, the most affordable of any other Association. If everyone placed a business card ad in our show program that would help to offset the higher fees and more money would be paid back to the winners.

Price increases will be reflected in the show bill that should be arriving in the mail shortly from ApHC. If you do not get a show bill, call the Appaloosa Horse Club at 208-882-5578. :: We DO NOT accept credit cards.
Mail Checks or Money Orders made out to: ApCHA; 225 Stonecrest Rd.; Argyle, Texas 76226. Checks, Money Orders and cash accepted at the show.

:: All contestants must be members of the ApHC, ApCHA, and a regional club in order to show. All memberships available at the show. Must have horse entered no later than 5pm the day before the class. Don't forget to get your horse inspected when you arrive at the show.

:: YOUTH:
Any youth (Under 18) can sell ads in our program to friends, family and local businesses. $50 business card ads are the best sellers. Good Luck ads can go in the business card page of the program too!! The highest selling YOUTH will receive a custom made pair of spurs worth more than $250!!! :: VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO HELP WITH THE SHOW:
Folks to help put up signs and banners. Folks to help unload the truck. Folks to hand out entry packets and direct people on where to go for inspection, etc. Folks to help with the practice cutting, folks to help bring prizes to the arena manager and to help present the awards on the arena floor.
